Our house autogate suddenly broke down one evening after work — it couldn’t open or close smoothly, and because the steel 13ft gate was so heavy, we barely managed to pull it shut. We were really stuck and urgently needed help, so we searched online and came across 304 Stainless Steel on Facebook with many great reviews.When we called, Peter answered our panicked call. He was calm, professional, and explained the situation clearly. Since stainless steel gates usually need to be custom-made, he ... initially told us the lead time would be about a month. But after hearing how badly stuck our gate was, he immediately connected us with Vincent, the expert who handles the autogate motors.The very next morning, Vincent came over and kindly replaced the corroded wheels so that we could at least move the heavy gate again — and he did this at no cost! That alone was a huge relief for us.As it was nearing the 7th Lunar Month (Ghost Month), we asked Peter if it was at all possible to complete the job before then. Amazingly, Peter managed to arrange everything and delivered the brand-new stainless steel gate within just 7 days! Not only that, his team also helped to remove and dispose of the old heavy steel gate for us.Throughout the whole process, both Peter and Vincent showed great professionalism. Their workmanship was excellent, they handled everything with care, and most impressively, they cleaned up thoroughly after the installation — something that’s quite rare to see these days.We are truly grateful to Peter and Vincent for going above and beyond for us. The new gate works beautifully, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. We’ve just had some new replacement stainless steel auto-gates manufactured and installed by Three O Four Stainless Steel Enterprise, therefore would like to thank Peter, Rachel and his team for their advice along with the swift and excellent service from start to finish.Installation took less than half a day (today) with Peter coordinating with the auto-gate electrician (Vincent) to arrive the same morning and connect/set them up.
